Project Manager

Your main duty will be to oversee various improvement projects for our mobile home parks, i.e., the operations of our entire site-development section along with managing water and sewer network infrastructures.

• Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a project management, real estate development position or have above-average business acumen
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with varied responsibilities
• Versatility, open mindedness, resourcefulness, autonomy and a team player
• Excellent organizational skills

• Bilingualism (required)

• Possibility of 5 to 6 weeks of vacation per year, after 12 months of employment

Full time, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. The person chosen must occasionally be available 1 or 2 hours outside of business hours.

Our office in Lachenaie (Carrefour des Fleurs, a few minutes from highways 40 and 640).

Between 28.00$ to 38.00$ per hour, depending on experience.
