Our mission
In a real estate market with constantly rising prices, Multi Domaines is proud to offer unique and affordable living spaces in 16 cities in Quebec and 6 cities in Ontario.
Multi Domaines allows its customers to become owners of a mobile home without having to buy the lot it’s on, thanks to the principle known as “ground lease.” Customers own their mobile homes while renting the land on which they are located.

Multi Domaines provides many services to mobile home owners. In most common areas of our mobile home parks, our customers enjoy the following services:
- Water and sewer network management
- Sanitary facility management
- Water samples taken every two weeks to provide quality drinking water
- Garbage collection
- Snow removal and road maintenance
- Lawn mowing

About us
Eric Lachapelle–founder and owner of Multi Domaines Inc.–has worked in the real estate sector for 12 years. He created Multi Domaines as part of Investissement Eric Lachapelle Inc., established in 2013.
He acquired his first mobile home park in 2018 and has continued to expand across Quebec and Ontario.
Mr. Lachapelle is a member of the Quebec real estate brokerage organization and holds his mortgage brokerage licence from Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF). He also has 8 years of experience in retail management.
