Administrative Assistant

Your main duty will be to proactively take charge of the operational activities of all administrative aspects of a growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls
  • Process email requests, documents and correspondence
  • Follow up on files, ensure compliance with diverse deadlines
  • Prepare cheques and deposits
  • Contact tenants and various stakeholders
  • Prepare documents related to real estate acquisition, financing and sales
  • Take care of all the clerical aspects of real estate files
  • Complete and follow-up on documents required for credit inquiries, tenant references
  • Revise and correct documents
  • Complete monthly bank reconciliations
  • Carry out tasks related to real estate management
  • Complete monthly bank reconciliations
  • Greet customers (when needed)

Qualifications:

  • Office automation, DEP in secretarial arts or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in commonly used software (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken French
  • Ideally bilingual

Schedule:

Fulltime, about 35 hours per week with the possibility of working 40 hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm).

At our office in Lachenaie (Carrefour des Fleurs, a few minutes from highways 40 and 640).

Salary:

From $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
