Special Projects Administrative Assistant

Are you an administrative assistant who enjoys a variety of projects and is known for their sense of organization, attention to detail and concern for a job well done?

Then we have the perfect position for you!

Your main task will be to take charge of improvement projects for our mobile home parks. You will also manage operations for our site development component. And all this in a flourishing company!

Responsibilities:

  • Find new suppliers for each new acquisition
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, surveying, excavation and any other subcontractors involved in the development and expansion of our different projects
  • Participate in preparing and producing presentation documents for municipal requests (PAC and other committees)
  • Plan and coordinate the execution of a variety of work
  • Follow up with subcontractors to ensure compliance with deadlines
  • Monitor and maintain a rigorous process for budget and cost control
  • Travel as needed (car expenses paid)
  • Tasks related to real estate and administrative management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three (3) years' experience supporting your ability to fill a position in administration, real estate development or urban planning
  • Exceptional communication skills (perfect command of the French language, both oral and written)
  • Bilingualism (French-English) essential

Schedule:

Full time, 40 hours per week with the possibility of working 35 hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm).

Location:

At our office in Lachenaie (Carrefour des Fleurs, a few minutes from highways 40 and 640).

Salary:

From $25.00 to $29.00 per hour, depending on experience.
